Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Kuwait Business Town Real Estate approved the board’s recommendation to distribute 3% of capital as cash dividends for fiscal year 2017.

Kuwait Business Town will pay 3 fils per share dividends for FY17, in addition to distributing 5% of capital as bonus shares or 5-for-100 shares, with a total of 28.45 million shares.

The dividends and bonus shares will be distributed on 22 April to the entitled shareholders of records on 17 April.

In FY17, Kuwait Business Town achieved a rise of 0.13% in profits to KWD 3.161 million compared to KWD 3.157 million in FY16.

At the stock level, Kuwait Business Town closed Monday’s session 0.38% lower at 53 fils.
